character Creation
pretty simple, Shibuya is an rpg set in modern japan. examples of these characters types can be seen watching such shows as Gunsmith cats, kimagure orange road, Ranma 1/2, Sailor moon, Tenchi Muyo, Uratsei Yatsura, geobreeders, Tokyo babylon, Xenon. Thats just naming a few and i'm sure you'll agree there is much more. Now that been said there are a few animes that are not being allowed Like DBZ the original artist didn't much care for it and it showed well enough that many of his fans didn't much care for it so where not gonna use such characters. Others include slayers(wrong time line) , Vampire Hunter D, Bastard,and Moonlight Panther (a waaaaaaaaaay wrong time period. there is no post apoc earth...except shinjuku. Yeah the demons are still there)
Concepts allowed
Ok I'm sure your all looking at me in a silly way now going "I thought this was freeform rp" and I gotta say..stop looking at me with the puppy eyes 
It is freeform but you should always have a concept and generally you do it without thinking. Like ranma saotome being a martial artist, thats his concept Martial artist, or SailorMoon her concept being a young magical girl.
Current Plot lines
Angels and Demons: High Technology of yesterday reawaken by humans. the age old Androids that protect humans. It's Shoujo. It's fun..it has a male Android Called Ryuji Takahashi protecting his new found owner and wondering about his own existance after being found in an abondoned military research building by Ami Watanabi after she herself was chased by a gang leader into the building.
Does he have a family? Does he even have a real identity other than the one in his mind? Only time will tell cause the other androids being sent to destroy or convert him wont.
Magical Girl BLOW OUT!: The gods have just entered into competition against each other. each patheon and each god has gone out to create there own magical girl/boy to battle the others. The one girl or boy still standing afterwords will be crowned the greatest of heroes. Only problem is the church and the big cosmic voice take arms against these magical people and create there own combat nuns to remove these intruders of gods better left forgotten. Will you be up to the task of saving the world on a daily basis fighting off other magical people and STILL manage to keep up with a social life? heh, maybe not but you'll have fun trying.
No Need For Hina's!- Ah Love Hina a beautiful place where girls can stay and have reasonably normal lives while trying to get into Tokyo University. It was peaceful for everyone until Haruka Misaki cousin of Tenchi Misaki decided to live in the area. Suddenly they had to deal with weird aliens, Some even stranger pets and worse...running out of food when the Chia gets in the kitchen. Welcome to the crossover of Love Hina with Tenchi Muyo!
Standard game: Shibuya is a great place for school kids to unwind after a harsh day at school or just the cram school problems. Gals,normal school girls and school boys come to Shibuya to drowned there woes with shopping,food or just plain old flirting with the opposite sex or worse having the teachers flirt with the students O.O It's just not right to have Miss Hamika steal that hot ass new transfer student from the very school girls that deserve him more! Or even the panty thief Mister Hoski..will he ever learn not to steal ladies underwear from the gym and sell it here? It's dark, it's light, it's life itself, they call it Shibuya Nights!
